Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Director of Strategic Projects to lead and oversee critical inter-departmental company projects throughout their lifecycle from inception to completion. As the successful candidate, you will develop and implement project plans, defining scope, objectives, and deliverables, while ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate will have a commercially focused mindset, with experience managing complex technology and business-driven projects. They must possess excellent problem-solving skills and be data-driven in their approach. Additionally, they should have advanced Jira/Microsoft Project skills and a strong knowledge of other Microsoft packages.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee critical inter-departmental company projects.
  • Develop and implement project plans, including defining scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Allocate resources effectively to ensure project milestones and deadlines are met.
Requirements:
  • Technically astute with experience managing complex technology and business-driven projects.
  • Commercially focused.
  • Financially astute.
  • Proven record of delivering improvement across guest experience and operational efficiency.
  • Very strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Data-driven in their approach.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
Estimated Salary: £80,000 - £120,000 per annum
