Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Project Director to join our team at Langland.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

About the Role

This is a senior leadership position responsible for managing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring seamless project execution, and driving business growth.

The successful candidate will be able to lead cross-functional teams, build strong relationships with stakeholders, and make informed decisions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement project plans, resource allocation, and risk management strategies
  • Lead and manage project teams, including assigning tasks, providing coaching, and monitoring progress
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
  • Ensure effective communication, issue resolution, and stakeholder engagement throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive business growth through strategic planning, market analysis, and innovation
  • Manage project budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth project delivery and identify areas for improvement

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time, within budget, and to the highest standards
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work under pressure, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams
