Job Summary
Codex is seeking a highly skilled Finance Systems Specialist to join our team as a OneStream Administrator. As a key member of our Finance Systems team, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of our OneStream system.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and enhance mapping and transformation rules for reporting
- Develop and implement usage of OneStream across the organization
- Provide technical systems support for reporting teams process improvement activities
- Act as the lead for any further implementation activities
- Run workshops with finance teams, identify month end close processes and train staff on the use of OneStream when needed
Requirements
- 2+ years' experience working with Finance Systems, with a preference for OneStream skills but also considering HFM/FCCS skills
- Good understanding of data flows, processes, and business models
- Strong stakeholder management skills
