Senior Maintenance Engineer Position

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Towcester. The successful candidate will have a strong background in maintenance engineering and be able to work effectively within a fast-paced production environment. Key responsibilities include fault finding, equipment maintenance, and report preparation.

Responsibilities:
  • Fault finding and equipment repair.
  • Preventative maintenance programming.
  • Uptime reporting and analysis.
  • Representation in production meetings.

Requirements:
  1. Highly experienced maintenance engineer.
  2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  3. Excellent communication skills.
  4. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.

Benefits Package:
  • Competitive salary range: £52,000 - £67,000 (dependent on experience).
  • Continental shift pattern: 7am - 7pm & 7pm - 7am (4 on 4 off pattern).
