Taylor & Hart is a bespoke jeweller specializing in engagement rings and wedding rings. We offer customers the opportunity to create high-quality custom pieces through a seamless process.
We're based in the City of London, with excellent transport links, and our Workshop at Chancery Lane. Our Customer Experience Team works alongside sales and production teams to ensure a seamless experience for our customers.
Job DescriptionThe Aftercare Ambassador role involves helping customers in person with aftercare services, including resizes. Ensuring that these services are entered correctly and efficiently into our system is also a key responsibility.
You will need to enter products for inspection as they are received, provide quick and honest advice, and confidently answer questions about Taylor & Hart and its products.
Main Responsibilities:
- Welcome customers to our showroom and assist them with aftercare services.
- Ensure aftercare services are entered correctly, efficiently, and managed through our system.
- Enter products for inspection as they are received.
- Provide quick, honest advice and confident responses.
- Confidently answer questions asked about T&H and its products.
- Contribute ideas on how T&H's service, process, and systems can be improved.
- E nsure documents and costs associated with orders are organised and stored in our systems.
- Prepare all aftercare appointments and collections for the weekend in advance.
- Support the retail sales team and welcome walk-ins to the retail space.
- Facilitate collections and drop-offs, treating customers and products with care.
- Respond quickly to any aftercare enquiries over livechat and phone.
- Support with movement of products between the workshop and showroom.
To be successful in this role, you will need a positive attitude, a proactive approach to work, attention to detail, a responsible personality, and a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
You should have previous experience in a customer-facing function, great written and verbal skills when communicating with clients, excellent people skills and compassion, calmness under pressure, and a willingness to work as part of a team.
An ideal candidate would have knowledge of jewellery, diamonds, and gemstones.
Salary$45,000 per annum (estimated).
