Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Travel Assistance Case Manager to join our team. As a key member of our emergency assistance team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to travellers in emergency situations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide emergency assistance to travellers in crisis situations, including medical emergencies, lost or stolen documents, and other travel-related issues.
  • Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to provide tailored advice and support to travellers.
  • Work closely with our team to locate suitable medical facilities, emergency services, and other resources to support travellers.
  • Facilitate payment and guarantee of facility and vendor bills.
  • Provide emotional support and reassurance to travellers in distress, maintaining a calm and empathetic demeanor throughout each call and case.
Requirements:
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to respond with empathy.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to follow processes to provide quick and accurate assistance.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and be open to change.
  • Great conflict resolution skills to help customers in stressful situations.
  • Availability to work four 10-hour shifts per week, across a 7-day rotating roster between the hours of 7am - 10pm.
  • Proficiency in Dutch or Flemish is an advantage.
