Job Description

We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team on a temporary basis for 1-3 months. As a Help Desk Professional, you will provide technical support to our clients, working in a busy service desk environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st/2nd line support to clients via remote technologies, telephone, and email.
  • Support a wide range of hardware and software devices, including desktops, laptops, printers, and audio visual equipment.
  • Log calls accurately in a call logging system, take ownership, troubleshoot, and escalate as necessary.
  • Work independently on weekly assigned tasks and meet deadlines for new projects.
  • Liaise with 2nd line and 3rd party support teams to resolve calls efficiently.
Requirements:
  • Basic IT knowledge, including familiarity with operating systems, Microsoft Office, and printer configuration.
  • Experience in fixing issues via phone and remote access to various hardware devices.

  • Experience of using call management software and working in a service desk environment.
  • Excellent telephone manner and customer service skills.
  • Ability to cope under pressure and work in a fast-paced environment.
