About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Design Manager to join our team in Cambridge. As a Senior Design Manager, you will be responsible for managing proposals, producing and negotiating project-specific designer agreements, and ensuring the project design is reviewed and mitigating Health & Safety issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the proposals and ensure they are aligned with the company's goals.
- Produce and negotiate project-specific designer agreements, ensuring they are agreed and fully understood by all parties.
- Review and mitigate Health & Safety issues in the project design.
- Produce and manage a realistic design programme and information required schedule, satisfying design, procurement, and construction requirements.
- Provide input into the design team's Performance Development Reviews.
- Support the implementation of Continuous Improvement programmes and innovation.
