Care Home Clinical Lead Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at LKA Recruitment. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and governance within our care home.

About the Role

The Clinical Lead will be responsible for maintaining exemplary nursing and clinical care standards for residents, working closely with nurses and carers to achieve this goal. Supported by the management team, the Clinical Lead's contributions will be vital to all clinical delivery aspects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high standards of clinical care and governance within the care home
  • Collaborate with nurses and carers to achieve clinical excellence
  • Support the management team in clinical delivery aspects
  • Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure
  • Train, support, and mentor others to promote best nursing practices
Requirements
  • NMC registration as a nurse with relevant post-registration experience
  • Strong clinical skills and leadership abilities
