Clinical Lead Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Lead to join our team at our seaside nursing home in Lowestoft, Norfolk. As a Clinical Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the nursing team and supporting staff in delivering high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the nursing team and ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Support staff in their roles and provide guidance and training as needed
  • Contribute to the development of care plans and ensure their implementation
  • Assist with CQC preparation and audits
  • Participate in staff development and training programs
