Clinical Lead - Care Home

Meridian Business Support is seeking a highly skilled Clinical Lead to join our team in Lowestoft, Suffolk. As a Clinical Lead, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the highest standards of clinical care and governance in our care homes.

About the Role

As a Clinical Lead, you will work closely with our nurses and carers to ensure our residents receive the best possible care. You will be responsible for leading the nursing team, making clinical decisions, and remaining calm under pressure. You will also have the opportunity to promote best nursing practice, train, support, and mentor others.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the nursing team to maintain high standards of clinical care and governance
  • Make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure
  • Promote best nursing practice and train, support, and mentor others
  • Work closely with the management team to ensure the best possible care for residents
Requirements
  • NMC registered nurse with relevant post-registration experience
  • Strong clinical skillset and confidence to lead the nursing team
  • Prior management experience or experience of leading a small team
  • Ability to make clinical decisions and remain calm under pressure
  • Passion for promoting best nursing practice and ability to train, support, and mentor others
