About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Nurse Specialist to join our Ward team at Ramsay Health Care Clinical. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the development of our nursing practice.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert clinical care to patients on the surgical ward, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of care.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of nursing policies, procedures, and guidelines to improve patient outcomes.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of a culture of excellence within the organization.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care and achieve optimal patient outcomes.
Requirements
- Current registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC)
- Proven experience working in a surgical ward environment
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexibly and adapt to changing priorities
