Senior Staff Nurse Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional Senior Staff Nurse to join our highly regarded private hospital in the Kent countryside. Our hospital is known for its modern facilities and commitment to delivering excellent patient care, as reflected in our recent Outstanding CQC rating.

As a Senior Staff Nurse, you will support the Ward/Department Manager in leading a team to provide patient-centred care and maintain high clinical standards. You will oversee patient care, ensuring all care areas are safe and effective. You will also step into the leadership role in the absence of the Ward Manager, providing guidance to the team and ensuring continuity of care.

You will provide outstanding nursing care to patients, ensuring high standards are met in every aspect of care. You will mentor and guide junior team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge. You will ensure compliance with hospital policies and procedures, contributing to a smooth and efficient operation.

You will have basic phlebotomy skills and experience with ECG monitoring. You will be patient-focused, compassionate, and committed to delivering excellent care as a Senior Staff Nurse.
