About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications and Content Executive to join our team. As a key member of our Communications team, you will play a lead role in planning, designing, and executing communications content across various channels, ensuring engaging and inspiring content that caters to different audiences and supports our business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement an overall editorial plan, ensuring content is aligned and delivered to agreed schedules.
  2. Collaborate with regional and global teams to gather content and news stories, and prepare them to support upcoming global content and activities.
  3. Produce high-quality content that engages and educates our target audience, including employee newsletters, announcements, video content, press releases, articles, whitepapers, blog posts, social media content, and website copy.
  4. Experiment with, evaluate, and optimise content formats to ensure our messages reach, engage, and inspire target audiences.
  5. Ensure internal communication messages are consistent and aligned with external messaging.
  6. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of all communications activity and channels.
  7. Engage and manage external suppliers to support content creation, as required.
  8. Support content development for ad-hoc project campaigns, as required.
  9. Support planning and execution of events, both employee and customer, virtual and in-person.
  10. Collaborate with colleagues across Leviat and CRH to maximise content and support delivery.
Requirements
  • To have a communications/marketing qualification or equivalent work experience, preferably in an editorial/planning role.
  • To be an experienced writer and editor, with an exceptional eye for detail and the ability to produce compelling content for a range of audiences.
  • Experience in communications measurement and the ability to demonstrate campaign ROI.
  • Developed project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience of working in a matrixed organisation and communicating effectively with a diverse audience, where English is not the first language.
  • A knowledge of the latest communications and/or marketing trends and best practices.
  • To have technical experience of working across digital/social media platforms; video-editing and web design is not required but an advantage.
  • To be fluent in English. Other languages (German, French, Dutch) are an advantage.
