About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic Training and Content Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll have the opportunity to create engaging learning experiences and share your knowledge with our customers and staff.

As a Training and Content Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs, creating engaging materials, and providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for our training platform users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver training programs that empower our customers and staff to master our ATS solutions
  • Create engaging training materials, including manuals, video tutorials, and e-learning modules
  • Conduct training sessions in various formats, from in-person workshops to interactive webinars and online courses
  • Keep training materials up-to-date and aligned with product updates and company goals
  • Support and troubleshoot ongoing issues for our training platform users
  • Evaluate and improve the effectiveness of training programs
