Content Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Marketing Manager to join our team at Benchmark Recruitment. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive content marketing strategy that aligns with our business goals and objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist clients with content strategy development, ensuring alignment with their goals and aspirations
- Craft compelling narratives and write high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, while maintaining brand messaging and strategy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including SEO, creative, and marketing, to ensure cohesive content delivery
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and demands, proactively exploring new content formats and channels to adapt and innovate
- Manage client relationships, including expectation management and tailored strategy implementation
- Meet strict deadlines and maintain open communication with stakeholders
- Ensure all content is SEO-optimized, leveraging strong understanding of search engine algorithms
- Lead social media projects on behalf of clients, developing engaging content and campaigns
- Provide comprehensive reports to clients, outlining priorities and objectives
- Proven experience in creating engaging copy for diverse audiences
- High attention to detail and strong strategic thinking
- Comfortable in client-facing roles, with ability to build strong relationships
- Experience in brand strategy and social media management
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and knowledge of SEO principles
- Experience with project management tools, such as Asana or Trello
- Superior organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines
- Creative problem-solving and ability to influence team members
- Confident working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
