Paid Social Media Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Paid Social Media Manager to join our team at Soar With Us. As a Paid Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth through paid advertising for our e-commerce clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-performing paid social media campaigns across Meta and TikTok platforms.
- Collaborate with our e-commerce clients to understand their business goals and develop tailored advertising strategies to achieve them.
- Manage and optimize ad spend to ensure maximum ROI and meet client objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid social media advertising.
- Provide regular reporting and insights to clients on campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with our team to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and provide exceptional client service.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience in paid social media advertising, preferably in an e-commerce agency or 7-8 figure e-commerce brand.
- Proven track record of success in driving ROI and meeting client objectives through paid social media advertising.
- Strong understanding of Shopify and e-commerce operations, including advertising strategies and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
