About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Paid Media Specialist to join our team at Little Agency. As a Paid Media Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns across various platforms.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute Paid Media strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Manage and optimize Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic campaigns to achieve maximum ROI
  • Conduct in-depth research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the market
  • Collaborate with the creative and client services teams to develop engaging ad copy and creative briefs
  • Monitor and report on campaign performance, providing data-driven insights to inform future strategies
Requirements
  • 1-2 years of experience in Paid Media, with a focus on Search Engine Marketing (SEM)
  • Strong understanding of Paid Search, Paid Social, and Programmatic advertising platforms
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data
  • Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
