Key Responsibilities:

  • Program CNC lathes and machining centres using Fanuc controls and SolidWorks/SolidCam software
  • Set up and operate CNC machines to achieve optimal performance
  • Produce prototypes and small production runs
  • Conduct self-inspection of components to ensure quality standards
  • Collaborate with the team to meet customer deadlines
  • Adhere to AS9100D:2016 QMS requirements

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will need proven experience as a CNC Programmer / Setter / Operator in a precision manufacturing environment. A strong understanding of CAD/CAM software and the ability to interpret engineering drawings are essential.

You should be a problem-solver with a focus on quality and efficiency. Experience in small batch work and handling complex parts would be advantageous.

The Package:

In return for your skills and experience, you will receive a competitive salary of £30-£40K per annum, depending on your qualifications and experience.
