CNC Programmer Wanted

We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer to join our engineering team at Jenrick Engineering, a leading Automotive Manufacturer. As a CNC Programmer, you will play a crucial role in driving innovation and precision in our company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Program and operate CNC machines and Kuka Robots to optimize production while maintaining quality.
  • Adjust machine cutting paths or settings to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Develop and implement tools required to cut materials and program machines accordingly.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve problems with machines/robots as they arise.
  • Perform basic machine maintenance, including cleaning and TPMs.
  • Train new employees on how to properly operate and set up CNC machines/Robots.
  • Utilize Openmind Hypermill Software, Fanuc 3 & 5 axis control systems, and 3-axis Fusion 360 CAM software.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in CNC programming and manufacturing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve manufacturing goals and objectives.
  • Work under pressure and manage multiple concurrent projects.
  • Proficient in Microsoft 365 and other relevant software applications.
Working Hours

Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm (1pm finish on Fridays).
