Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Support Analyst to join our team at Interface Recruitment UK. As a key member of our ICT & Change function, you will be responsible for providing business expertise on SharePoint, supporting the business on the wider use of SharePoint, and administering the Electronic Document Records Management System and electronic Data Room.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administer the Electronic Document Records Management System and electronic Data Room, ensuring compliance with agreed file conventions, information standards, and access permissions.
  • Provide business expertise on SharePoint, including training and support for the business.
  • Support the business on the wider use of SharePoint, including procurement and contract management.
  • Administer the Contracts Register, including contract awards, recording of contracts, and notification of contract renewals.
  • Support contract owners to schedule contract renewals and new procurements, ensuring timely and consistent procurement practices.
  • Provide general support to the PMO Office as required, including ICT training provision and risk management.
Requirements
  • Effective IT skills, including experience with SharePoint and electronic document management systems.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work autonomously.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience of contract and procurement processes, including public framework contract provision.
  • Knowledge of the ICT sector and experience working in a business support role in leading organizations.
