Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of night shift staff in Maidstone, ensuring the efficient operation of our services.
  • Provide guidance and support to team members, helping them to develop their skills and knowledge.
  • Work on an alternating rota basis, Monday-Friday and Tuesday-Saturday, with a 40-hour working week.
