We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Night Porter to join our team at Village Hotel Club. As a Night Porter, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service throughout the night.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our guests, responding to their needs and resolving any issues efficiently and positively.
  • Work closely with the Night team to ensure seamless service delivery, proactively solving problems and supporting all departments as needed.
  • Be versatile and adaptable, supporting all areas of the hotel, from check-in to preparing room service orders and serving on the bar.
  • Forge and maintain strong relationships with all departments, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
