About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Group Exercise Instructor to join our team at Freedom Leisure. As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will be responsible for leading and coaching group exercise classes, providing a fun and engaging experience for our members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and coach group exercise classes, ensuring a high-quality experience for members
  • Develop and implement new class programs, incorporating the latest trends and techniques
  • Work collaboratively with the fitness team to ensure a successful class program
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring members feel valued and supported
  • Maintain a safe and clean environment for classes, adhering to health and safety guidelines
Requirements
  • Nationally recognized group exercise qualification
  • Previous experience of leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
  • Experience working in a leisure-related environment involving customer service
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and members
  • Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity
