As a Group Exercise Instructor, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality fitness classes to our members, promoting a healthy and active lifestyle within our local community.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and instruct group exercise classes, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all participants
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our class program, including class formats, schedules, and participant needs
  • Work collaboratively with our fitness team to ensure a successful class program, including planning, promotion, and evaluation
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to member inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and continuing education opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge
Requirements:
  • Nationally recognized group exercise qualification
  • Previous experience leading/coaching and supervising group exercise classes
  • Experience working in a leisure-related environment involving customer service
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work with diverse populations
