At Oxford Quantum Circuits, we are seeking a highly skilled Data Driven Quantum Innovation Specialist to join our Material Science and Device Engineering team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data science skills, with experience in image processing and statistical methods demonstrated via previous work/research.

About the Role

The successful applicant will help us analyse large datasets to extract insights and trends to support the advancement of our material characterisation and fabrication processes for superconducting devices. This role requires developing scripts that extract information from a variety of data sources and formats, collaborating with cross-functional teams to better understand our data needs, developing data collection systems and providing results-driven recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analysing large datasets to extract insights and trends to support the advancement of our material characterisation and fabrication processes for superconducting devices.
  • Developing scripts that extract information from a variety of data sources and formats.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to better understand our data needs, developing data collection systems and providing results-driven recommendations.

We offer a competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, as well as a range of benefits including 25 days holiday, Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP), Pension, Private medical insurance, EAP cash plan, Group life and group income protection, Hybrid working, Cycle to work scheme, EV Car Scheme, Gym and wellness benefits.
