Technical Associate/Associate Director – Public Health

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Associate/Associate Director to join our Public Health team. As a senior member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of project delivery, with a focus on Public Health services design.

Key Responsibilities

  • Mentor and develop a team of Public Health Engineers, protecting and developing the quality of our designs.
  • Drive and deliver projects profitably and to the satisfaction of our clients, while supporting our work-winning activities with technical strategies.
  • Liaise and interact with other UK Building Services teams to optimize technical direction and use of standard procedures and digital tools.
  • Support and develop our Public Health Colleagues across the globe, while managing technical risk and negotiating scope of services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
  • Previous experience with leading and coordinating all aspects of project delivery, with a focus on Public Health services design.
  • High degree of technical competence with demonstrable appreciation of sustainable / net zero carbon design.
  • A clear understanding of SuDS and how these features can be integrated into the built environment.
  • An established reputation as a highly regarded and trusted Building Services leader.
