About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Public Health Engineer to join our Buildings team. As a key member of our national team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of project delivery, with a focus on Public Health and Fire Suppression systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead project teams to deliver high-quality Public Health and Fire Suppression systems.
  • Contribute to the overall design and delivery of projects, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Identify opportunities for digital automation and optimization of building systems.
  • Monitor the implementation of design throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Liaise with other UK Building Services teams and Overseas Resourcing Centres to deliver projects across various sectors.
  • Manage technical risk and assist in fee proposals and resourcing.
  • Provide pastoral care for junior Public Health Engineers and promote the field of Public Health.
  • Proactively pursue continuous professional development and chartership with a recognized institution.
About You

To succeed in this role, you must have a solid grounding in engineering principles and a passion for the built environment. You should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering or a relevant subject, or equivalent, and previous experience in leading and coordinating project delivery.

  • Security clearance requires a minimum of 5 years in the UK.
  • Strong technical knowledge in Public Health and Fire Suppression, including Water Services and Above Ground Drainage.
  • Proficient in Bluebeam, AutoCAD, Excel, and Revit.
  • Excellent communication and technical skills.
