Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Theatre Marketing Executive to join our team at Get Recruited Ltd. As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing plans to achieve business objectives and maximize return on investment (ROI).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth and increase brand awareness.
  • Content Creation: Create engaging content for various marketing campaigns, including print media, posters, flyers, brochures, and digital marketing channels.
  • Market Research: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential opportunities for growth.
  • Team Management: Line manage the Marketing Assistant and provide support where necessary.
  • PPC Management: Manage and oversee PPC campaigns to ensure optimal ROI.
  • Performance Monitoring: Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing efforts align with overall company goals.

Requirements:

  • Theatre Marketing Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Theatre Marketing Assistant, Theatre Marketing Executive, Marketing Manager, or similar role.
  • Content Creation: Ability to create engaging content for online and offline multi-channel campaigns across various formats.
  • Audience Understanding: Strong understanding of different audiences and ability to adapt marketing activities to connect with target customers.
  • Attention to Detail: Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • PPC Management: Understanding of PPC and ability to manage budgets effectively.
