Housing Management Opportunity

We are seeking a Temporary Housing Professional to manage the letting of properties within our geographical patch. This role involves minimizing void rent and providing a proactive and efficient housing management service.

Main Tasks:
  1. To oversee the letting of vacant properties, collaborating with colleagues to identify suitable candidates.
  2. To monitor and enforce tenancy conditions, upholding organizational standards.
  3. To address tenant concerns and work towards sustained tenancies.
  4. To maintain effective communication with colleagues and stakeholders.
  5. To adhere to company policies and procedures, prioritizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
Essential Qualifications

Candidates should possess three years' experience in a housing environment, coupled with expertise in Housing Law, Housing Benefit regulations, and Welfare Rights. Additionally, proficiency in software systems and possession of a valid UK driving license and Enhanced DBS Check are necessary.

Work Environment

Hours: 37 hours/week, Monday to Friday.

Location: Lowestoft.

Estimated Salary: £30,000-£35,000 per annum, based on hourly rate (£15.17+). The salary may vary depending on experience.
