We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Graduate Customer Service & Logistics Co-ordinator to join our dynamic team at Mayborn Group Limited. As a key member of our Head Office Supply Chain department, you will be responsible for managing the order flow for our global B2B customer network, collaborating with internal stakeholders, customers, and distributors to ensure efficient order dispatch and delivery processes.

Your key duties will include processing customer orders, maintaining order cycles, and adhering to process requirements. You will work closely with Commercial Account Managers to stay informed about promotional activities and upcoming changes, and liaise with the wider supply chain team to ensure seamless operations.

As a Graduate Customer Service & Logistics Co-ordinator, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in customer service, logistics, and supply chain management. You will work in a fast-paced environment, handling a portfolio of customer orders, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure timely and efficient order dispatch and delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Processing customer orders and maintaining order cycles
  • Collaborating with Commercial Account Managers to stay informed about promotional activities and upcoming changes
  • Liaising with the wider supply chain team to ensure seamless operations
  • Developing skills and knowledge in customer service, logistics, and supply chain management
