Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Assistant to join our complex care team. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with spinal injuries and associated complex care needs to live well.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality personal care to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and nutrition.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
  • Work collaboratively with our team of nurses and supervisors to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 6 months UK experience in personal care is required.
  • Previous experience working with spinal injury clients is essential.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • A minimum commitment of 24 hours a week.
