We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with spinal injuries and associated complex care needs to live well in the comfort and safety of their own homes.

About the Role:

  • Provide high-quality personal care and support to clients with spinal injuries and complex care needs.
  • Work long-term with one or a small number of clients, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Benefit from a fixed rota and the option of overtime, allowing for a healthy work-life balance.
  • Participate in paid, classroom-based training and ongoing supervision support from our in-house team of nurses and supervisors.
  • Develop your skills and progress within the company, with opportunities for career advancement.

What We Offer:

  • Competitive rates of pay: £13 - £16 per hour.
  • Fantastic bank holiday rates: £19.50 - £28 per hour.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months UK experience in personal care.
  • Previous experience working with spinal injury clients is essential.
  • A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle.
  • A minimum commitment of 24 hours a week.
