Job Title: Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Superior Healthcare. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs in the comfort of their own homes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with spinal injury clinical interventions
  • Promote independence and enable individuals to live fulfilling lives
  • Provide personal care and support with daily living activities
  • Ensure the safe and dignified transfer and movement of clients

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 6 months recent UK care experience
  • Full UK driving licence with access to a car
  • Commitment to 2 12-hour regular shifts per week
  • Full right to work within the UK
