About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bank Early Years Assistant to join our team at Bright Horizons Wooldale Day Nursery and Preschool. As a Bank Staff Member, you will have the flexibility to work on a part-time basis, with the security and benefits of being an employee.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support Nursery colleagues in delivering the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) curriculum, engaging children in entertaining and educational play and activities.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to ensure all essential day-to-day tasks are completed, maintaining high standards of hygiene and room preparation.
  • Promote and ensure child welfare, protection, health and safety, and safeguarding.
  • Contribute to maintaining a positive, happy, and safe environment for children and colleagues.
