About the Role

Realise is seeking an experienced Early Years Trainer or Trainee to join our team. As an Early Years Trainer or Trainee, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality training programs to learners in the Northamptonshire region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely.
  • Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications.
  • Create appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
  • Utilise our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.
Requirements
  • A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent is essential.
  • Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
  • An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous.
  • A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
  • Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
