About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Early Years Trainer or Trainee to join our team at Realise. As an Early Years Trainer or Trainee, you will play a vital role in supporting learners to achieve their goals through their Early Years Level 2, 3 or 5 apprenticeships or Adult Learning short courses.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Support a caseload of 45 learners across your region, face to face and remotely.
- Deliver a range of award-winning qualifications.
- Create appropriate solutions for your learners to ensure that they have the best experience possible and develop their interests and career.
- Utilise our e-portfolio system to effectively manage the learner journey.

About You
- A Level 3 qualification in Early Years, or equivalent.
- Significant occupational competency in an Early Years setting.
- An assessing qualification (e.g., TAQA/A1/D32/33, CAVA) would be advantageous.
- A teaching qualification (e.g., AET, PTLLS) would be advantageous.
- Experience in building and managing your own caseload.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- IT competent with working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
What's Next?
Our interview process is tailored to each role and can be in-person or held remotely. You can expect a one-stage interview process, which will comprise of a one-hour formal interview, likely on Teams, where we will ask you a series of competency and behavioural questions, followed by a short microteach.
