The Early Years Graduate Programme

Bright Horizons is seeking a talented and enthusiastic individual to join our Early Years Graduate Programme. This two-year programme is designed to provide you with the skills and knowledge necessary to become a confident and effective early years professional.

About the Programme

During the first year of the programme, you will focus on foundation modules that introduce core skills such as leading pedagogy and building positive relationships with your team and the families you meet. In the second year, you will have the opportunity to choose from two exciting professional development routes:

Route One: Internal Leadership Programme

This comprehensive programme combines training and hands-on experience to provide you with the skills to be an effective early years leader. You will work closely with our experienced internal Professional Development team to develop your leadership skills and gain a deeper understanding of the early years sector.

Route Two: Early Years Teacher Training Programme (EYITT)

This programme is designed to lead to Early Years Teacher Status (EYTS) and is delivered as distance learning across England, through our partnership with Huddersfield University. This qualification is recognised by all private, voluntary, and independent early years settings.

What We Offer

As a member of our Early Years Graduate Programme, you will have the opportunity to work with our experienced team of early years professionals, gain hands-on experience in our nurseries, and develop your skills and knowledge through training and professional development.

Key Benefits
  • Experience high-quality childcare practice in our nurseries, which are rated Good or Outstanding by Ofsted.
  • Receive training from our highly experienced internal Professional Development team.
  • Enjoy a competitive salary and a range of valuable benefits to meet your financial, physical, and emotional needs.
  • Be part of a dynamic and supportive team that is committed to providing high-quality care and education to children.
What We're Looking For

We are seeking individuals who are passionate about working with children, have a genuine interest in early years education, and are committed to developing their skills and knowledge. You will need to have a relevant degree or Level 3 Early Years qualification, as well as GCSE Grade 4/C or Functional Skills Level 2 in English, Maths, and Science (for the EYITT route).

We look forward to receiving your application and welcoming you to our Early Years Graduate Programme.
