Job Title: Change Engagement Adviser

Join our team as a Change Engagement Adviser and play a key role in shaping the University of Leeds' transformation journey. As a member of our People & Change Team, you will be responsible for engaging colleagues and stakeholders in our planned changes, ensuring a smooth transition to our new corporate processes and systems.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced change engagement and communications specialist to help us deliver our Corporate Processes & Systems Programme. This is a transformational change programme that aims to improve our processes, systems, data, and ways of working across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Strategy & Planning. As a Change Engagement Adviser, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing effective change engagement strategies and related communications
  • Building partnerships with stakeholders and delivering effective change engagement and communications
  • Aligning engagement and communication activity with University-wide approaches and standards
  • Working closely with the Communications and Engagement Manager within the Transformation Office

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven expertise in change engagement and related communications
  • Ability to balance priorities, deal with complex stakeholder needs, and succeed through cooperation and collaboration with others
  • Significant experience in working at an influential and productive level in stakeholder engagement and communications supporting change initiatives
