Job Summary

The University of Leeds is seeking a Change Engagement Adviser to join its People & Change Team. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in engaging colleagues and other stakeholder groups in the planned changes for corporate services within the Corporate Processes & Systems Programme.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a transformational change programme that aims to improve corporate processes and systems across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement, and Strategy & Planning. As Change Engagement Adviser, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change engagement strategies and related communications to support the programme's objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement change engagement strategies to engage colleagues and other stakeholder groups in the planned changes
  • Work closely with the Communications and Engagement Manager within the Transformation Office to align engagement and communication activity with University-wide approaches and standards
  • Collaborate with the People & Change Team to promote a people-centred approach to change management and form part of a network with other change practitioners across the University
  • Provide expertise in change engagement and related communications to support the programme's objectives

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Proven expertise in change engagement and related communications
  • Ability to balance priorities, deal with complex stakeholder needs, and succeed through cooperation and collaboration with others
  • Experience in working at an influential and productive level in stakeholder engagement and communications supporting change initiatives
