Job Title: Change Engagement Adviser

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Change Engagement Adviser to join our team and support our Corporate Processes & Systems Programme. As a key member of our People & Change Team, you will play a critical role in engaging colleagues and other internal and external stakeholder groups in the planned changes for those Services within the programme scope.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a transformational change programme that will improve the processes, systems, data and ways of working across Finance, Human Resources, Procurement and Strategy & Planning. You will be responsible for developing and implementing effective change engagement strategies and related communication, working closely with the Communications and Engagement Manager within the Transformation Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement change engagement strategies and related communication to engage colleagues and other internal and external stakeholder groups in the planned changes for those Services within the programme scope.
  • Work closely with the Communications and Engagement Manager within the Transformation Office to ensure alignment with University-wide approaches and standards.
  • Collaborate with the People & Change Team to promote the benefits of a people-centred approach to change management and form part of a network with other change practitioners across the University.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on change engagement and communications to support the delivery of the Corporate Processes & Systems Programme.
