Job Title: Account Sales Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Sales Engineer to join our team at Verto People. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing existing key accounts and generating new business opportunities in the compressed air industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain relationships with existing key accounts to increase sales and revenue.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the compressed air sector, including compressor systems, air filtration solutions, and downstream equipment.
  • Work closely with the compressed air Service Department to ensure excellent after-sales service is provided.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments to ensure seamless sales and service operations.
  • Field-based sales role covering London, Hertfordshire, and surrounding areas.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Sales Engineer, Area Sales Manager, Business Development Manager, or similar role within the compressed air industry.
  • Technical engineering qualification, such as HNC, HND, or Degree, would be desirable.
  • Full clean driving license and ability to travel extensively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.

  • Competitive salary range of £35,000-£48,000 depending on experience.
