Electrical Supervisor Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to lead our team of electrical operatives on a variety of industrial and commercial projects nationwide.

As an Electrical Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the work of a team of 4-8 electrical operatives, ensuring that projects are completed on time and to a high standard. You will also be responsible for liaising with site and office teams to push productivity and drive business growth.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, hold a SMSTS or SSSTS qualification, and possess a JIB gold card. You will be a hands-on leader who is able to motivate and manage a team, as well as work independently to resolve issues and make decisions.
