£80,000 + uncapped commission salary based in Manchester with hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 days remote)

The Job Overview

As an Account Growth Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving business expansion, developing sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships. Your primary focus will be on growing the customer base, managing budgets and sales targets, and ensuring alignment with business objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Foster a high-performance culture within the Account Management team.
  • Enhance client relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions.
  • Oversee performance reporting, tracking key metrics, and providing actionable insights to senior management.
  • Promote a collaborative and innovative work environment that drives success.
  • Ensure seamless contract negotiations and manage CRM pipelines for optimal results.
  • Deliver high-quality results, meeting or exceeding business KPIs, including revenue growth and client retention.
Your Skills and Experience:
  • Proven experience as a sales director/head/manager or equivalent leadership role.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated expertise in sales strategy development and execution.
  • A results-driven mindset with a consultative approach to sales.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
