The Role

As a Sales Director, you'll be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth across our existing customer base. You'll work closely with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for expansion and develop strong relationships with key customers.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying business opportunities and developing targeted sales strategies
  • Collaborating with internal teams to drive sales growth and expand our customer base
  • BUILDING STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY CUSTOMERS AND PARTNERS
  • Managing sales performance and developing strategies to improve sales results
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity

About You

  • You'll be a seasoned sales professional with a proven track record of driving sales growth in the spirits industry
  • You'll have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • You'll be a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mind and the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • You'll be passionate about the spirits industry and committed to delivering exceptional customer service

  • Demonstrable experience of sales leadership in the spirits industry
  • Strong sales and business development skills, with a proven track record of driving sales growth
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies
  • Passion for the spirits industry and commitment to delivering exceptional customer service
