About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Nurse to join our team at Field House in Alfreton, Derbyshire. As a qualified Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN), you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to female adults with mental health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide compassionate and effective nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care to meet individual needs
  • Support and mentor colleagues to promote positive teamwork
  • Record and report service user changes, maintaining accurate records of care provided
Requirements
  • Relevant nursing qualification and NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills and a flexible approach
  • Positive attitude and natural caring and compassionate nature
  • Commitment to high-quality care and evidence-based practice
