Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert nursing care to service users, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify areas for improvement, and implement evidence-based interventions.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of care, making adjustments as needed.
- Provide education and support to service users, families, and carers to promote independence and self-management.
Requirements
- Registered Nurse (RMN, RNLD, RGN) with a valid NMC registration.
- Proven experience in mental health nursing, with a strong understanding of the complexities of mental illness.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality care, with a focus on patient-centered practice.
