About the role:

This exciting opportunity is for a skilled and experienced support worker to join our team at Community Integrated Care. As a key member of our support team, you will play a vital role in supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, who have complex needs, to lead the best life possible.

The team you'll be working with:

Our team is a group of 11 amazing individuals living in a scheme of self-contained apartments. We range in age from 20-60 years old, and we are a diverse group with varying needs related to learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and physical disabilities.

What you'll be doing:

As a Support Worker, you will be supporting adults with learning disabilities and autism, who have complex needs, to lead the best life possible.
