About the Role

We are seeking a qualified Nurse to join our team at Field House and Apartments, a 16-bed specialist rehabilitation service for women with a Mental Illness and/or Personality Disorder.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality, effective, and compassionate nursing care to service users
  • Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate care for service users
  • Provide mentorship and support to team members
  • Observe, record, and report all service user changes, and maintain accurate records of care provided

Requirements

  • Relevant nursing qualification
  • NMC registration
  • Strong team-working skills
  • High level of self-motivation and flexible approach
  • Positive attitude and naturally caring and compassionate
  • Commitment to high-quality care and to values and evidence-based practice
