Microbiology Support Specialist

Campden BRI is seeking an experienced Compliance and Improvement Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality of our services and driving continuous improvement.
About the Role
You will be responsible for administering and coordinating Quality Management Systems, including monitoring and reporting on performance metrics, investigating and closing actions, and conducting local procedure audits.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement quality management systems and processes.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics, including PT scheme performance in Microbiology.
- Investigate and close actions related to Microbiology.
- Administer document review and audit processes to ensure compliance with schedules.
- Liaise with clients to collect feedback on service levels and collate information from non-conforming work reports.
- Instigate investigations and corrective action planning in respect of non-conforming work and complaints.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in quality management and administration.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- A strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
Working Conditions
Please note that due to our rural location, you must be able to drive and have your own transport.
